Manager, Product Sales (Component Repair & Overhaul)

About the role

The Manager, Product Sales will drive market‑competitive proposals for Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) services, translating customer needs into compelling commercial offers. This senior position requires deep product knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage contracts from inception to signature while working under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the RFP clarification process and develop winning proposals.
• Make bid/no‑bid decisions based on CRO capacity and coordinate with Group Commercial.
• Calculate and obtain approval for the Financial Deal Summary (FDS).
• Manage contract drafting, review and negotiations to align terms with company objectives.
• Support One HAECO service solutions and align sales pipeline with Group Commercial.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of commercial experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record in contract and proposal management within the aviation MRO sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications for preparing project papers and presentations.
• Knowledge of aircraft systems and aviation technology.
