Marketing & Communications Manager, Asia

About the role

10 Design, part of Egis' Architecture Line, is a global architecture practice with studios in London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Dallas, Dubai, Edinburgh, Miami, Shenzhen and Singapore. It is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager based in Hong Kong to tell the story of 10 Design in Asia. Working alongside the Global Director of Marketing and Communications and regional leadership, the role focuses on strengthening the firm's reputation and driving regional growth through a strategic marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the Asia-focused communications strategy and coordinate with the Global Director of Marketing and Communications
• Measure campaign ROI and KPIs, and manage the editorial calendar and client approval processes
• Nurture relationships with clients' marketing teams, journalists and editors, and build regional newsletters and internal updates
• Create press materials, thought leadership articles and content for social media, websites and emails
• Lead the creation of local marketing collateral such as brochures, bios and case study decks
• Manage digital content, social calendars and reporting, and help execute website strategies
• Plan and budget photography and videography of projects, and handle award, ranking and survey submissions
• Identify speaking opportunities, plan regional events and manage crisis responses

Required profile

• Degree in a related field such as Communications, Marketing, Business or Journalism
• 5+ years in a similar role; experience in architecture, interior design or a related industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Asia media landscape and fluent written and spoken English (Mandarin preferred)
• Experience leading digital marketing, performance marketing, media planning, product marketing, PR and campaigns teams
• AI-proficient, with hands-on use of AI tools for marketing and content

• Expert knowledge of regional social channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin
