Marketing Executive – Lead Generation

About the role

RONIN International is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to drive lead generation for its APAC business. Based in Hong Kong, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Sales Director APAC to build pipelines of qualified prospects for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design goal‑oriented marketing plans for the APAC region.
• Develop, monitor and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, content, paid media) targeting market‑research agencies, consultancies and B2B decision‑makers.
• Manage APAC marketing budgets, track spend and ensure alignment with approved limits.
• Maintain and refresh APAC brand messaging, adhering to global brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable sales support.
• Own the Hong Kong website content, coordinate with technical teams and ensure accurate, SEO‑friendly copy.
• Create thought‑leadership pieces, newsletters, blogs and social media posts according to a structured content calendar.
• Identify, plan and support sponsorship of industry events and coordinate RONIN‑hosted events across the region.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in B2B or market‑research environments.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience budgeting and measuring campaign performance.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft compelling brand messages.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
