Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a multinational consumer healthcare and skincare company seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and product success across our food supplement and healthcare portfolio. This strategic position will work closely with the team lead and cross‑functional partners to deliver integrated marketing programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team lead in planning and executing marketing initiatives, including brand building, portfolio management, new product launches, promotions, training, and stock management.
• Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to align marketing activities with overall business priorities.
• Collaborate with the Communication Team on brand communication projects that support product growth.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance against established goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and consumer insights to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or skincare.
• Dynamic, resource‑ful and accountable with a broad business perspective.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong presentation skills.
