Marketing Manager (Social & Digital Engagement)

About the role

Octopus is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead social and digital engagement across its corporate channels and Rewards platform. You will shape the brand’s voice, drive paid and organic campaigns, and manage community interactions to support merchant collaborations and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) and adapt content for each platform.
• Develop and execute paid and organic social campaigns that amplify merchant partnerships and drive traffic to the Rewards platform.
• Manage content calendars, community engagement, KOL and creator collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Act as internal owner and agency liaison, handling crisis management, content approvals, publishing, and issue escalation.
• Plan and launch integrated Rewards platform campaigns, including in‑app mechanics, banner placements, push notifications, and merchant offers.
• Translate merchant needs, customer insights, and market trends into creative messaging and engagement opportunities.
• Monitor digital marketing innovations, loyalty trends, competitor promotions, emerging platforms, and AI tools to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate social media channels and community programs.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Excellent crisis management and issue‑escalation skills.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance, using social listening and customer feedback.
