Marketing Project Manager (DTC E‑Commerce)

About the role

babybub, a fast‑growing DTC brand in the pregnancy and maternity space, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to become the connective tissue of its marketing engine. You will own the launch calendar and build SOPs that keep creative, paid, CRO, email, and creator pipelines shipping on time.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate marketing launches from kickoff to full rollout.
• Manage the creative production pipeline, including briefs, review cycles, and approvals.
• Coordinate creator and UGC workflows, handling samples, briefs, payments, and ingestion.
• Implement CRO QA processes together with the CRO specialist.
• Conduct PDP and web build QA with the web development contractor.
• Maintain email, paid‑media, and reporting cadences with agency partners.
• Deliver the launch playbook, CRO QA checklist, creator payment SOP, vendor report cadence, and creative brief workflow within the first 90 days.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in project management, marketing ops, or growth ops at a DTC brand, growth agency, or fast‑moving ecommerce/SaaS company.
• Strong DTC marketing literacy (creative briefs, email flows, ad readiness, CRO QA).
• Proven ability to build an Asana workspace from scratch.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or GPT in daily workflows.
• Comfortable operating in founder‑led, fast‑paced environments.
