Marketing & Promotions Officer (Digital & Social Media)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Officer to join the Citygate Outlets team in Tung Chung. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing & Promotions, you will help shape and execute digital and social media strategies that drive visitor engagement and support tenant initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the mall’s digital ecosystem, including social media channels, website, mobile app, in‑mall digital assets, e‑newsletters and on‑site digital activations.
• Plan, launch and optimise integrated digital campaigns, SEM and UAT testing.
• Drive digital marketing and promotional initiatives to increase footfall and sales.
• Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor and analyse performance of digital channels, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, online advertising, SEO/SEM, website management and O2O campaigns.
• Creative mindset with hands‑on experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, RED and emerging platforms, as well as KOL/influencer projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital analytics for optimisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
