Marketing Specialist – Hong Kong Region

About the role

Synology is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand and product awareness across the Hong Kong market. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and execute marketing programs that showcase our data storage solutions to both existing and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans with clear objectives, target audiences, tactics, content, and ROI measurement.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), media contacts, and external agencies.
• Coordinate press conferences, briefings, campaigns, and other marketing events.
• Leverage digital marketing tools and techniques to increase brand visibility and user adoption.
• Collaborate with PR, event, and advertising agencies to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Fluency in Cantonese and English; intermediate Mandarin proficiency.
• Experience or strong knowledge in IT, networking, or storage technologies.
• Background in public relations or marketing within the technology sector.
• Strong persuasive communication and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and navigate complex projects.
