职位概况
在On昂跑直营店担任零售店铺顾问，直接面对消费者，传递品牌故事，提供专业的运动产品咨询与服务。
主要职责
- 熟悉品牌理念，主动与顾客互动，打造热情多元的品牌体验。
- 掌握产品知识，依据顾客需求提供专业解决方案。
- 按照陈列标准进行商品陈列、补货及季节性调整。
- 负责货品管理、收银操作、开关门及日常复盘。
- 配合店长完成工作计划，参与店铺会议并提出优化建议。
- 支持并协助品牌社群活动的准备与接待。
任职要求
- 热爱运动，有一定运动基础，积极乐观，具备良好的语言表达与沟通能力。
- 能够接受灵活工作时间及周末、节假日加班，适应快节奏高压环境。
- 具备零售工作经验者优先，有跑步、跑团、陈列或培训经验者更佳。
- 具备基本英文沟通能力者优先。
必备技能
- 客户服务与沟通技巧。
- 商品陈列与库存管理。
