职位概况
负责在跑马地八号欢乐酒吧为会员及其宾客提供热情、专业的餐饮服务，确保用餐体验顺畅愉快。
主要职责
- 迎接并安排会员及宾客入座，保持积极友好的态度。
- 协助领班确保所负责区域的服务流畅，包括提供饮品、呈递菜单、记录烹调偏好等。
- 向客人介绍当日特餐、推荐菜品并进行适度的加单推荐。
- 准确记录食品饮料订单，必要时核查客人年龄以符合酒类法规。
- 将订单信息传递给厨房，必要时加速出餐并收集客人反馈。
任职要求
- 对餐饮服务有兴趣并具备相关工作经验。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够快速与客人建立亲和感。
- 能够在快节奏的环境中保持细致和高效。
