职位概况
负责仓库的日常运营与团队绩效管理，优化仓务流程，确保运作流畅高效。
主要职责
- 负责货仓的日常运作与团队绩效管理，优化仓务流程。
- 进行货品盘点及定期整理，确保库存数据准确、空间合理利用。
- 主理收货、出货、验货及配货流程，确保数量与服务符合标准。
- 管理货台运作，安排车辆进出与货物装卸。
- 协调运输团队、客服部等，确保交付顺利完成。
- 根据业务及客户需求轮班工作，随时待命。
任职要求
- 持有大学学位，物流、供应链管理、工商管理或相关专业优先。
- 具备3-5年以上仓务管理或物流运作经验，有内地跨境物流经验者优先。
- 能流利使用粤语，具基本英语及普通话沟通能力。
- 熟悉收货、验货、出货及仓库盘点等整体运作流程。
- 熟悉电脑操作及仓务管理系统（WMS）和MS Office（如Excel）应用。
- 具备良好的协调与团队管理能力，能独立处理突发事件并承受工作压力。
