职位概况

我们是位于中环的长江集团中心II期的物业管理团队，致力于为客户提供舒适、高效、安全的优质工作环境。现诚邀具备相关经验的高素质人才加入管理团队。

主要职责

负责大厦电器、水喉、木器、油漆及泥水等保养及维修工作，包括亲自实施并现场指导。
协助高级工程主管监督和指导团队进行日常维护、翻新和维修工作。

任职要求

中环长江集团中心II期初中或以上学历，具三年或以上相关工作经验，具有木工、油漆、泥水工程维修经验者优先。
持有效建造业平安咭，拥有吊船操作证书、密闭空间核准工人证书或搭建铝架证书者优先。
持有木工/髹漆及装饰/云石/泥水工程中级或以上工艺测试证书者优先。
持有注册水喉匠牌照或注册电工“A”牌或以上牌照者优先。
流利广东话及懂简单中文书写。
