职位概况
负责管理集团旗下高級中菜廳的日常运营，制定并执行提升效率与效果的运营策略，确保餐厅运营符合公司标准与法规要求。
主要职责
- 监督所有高級中菜餐厅的日常运营，确保服务与清洁度保持高标准。
- 制定并实施运营策略，提升效率并控制成本。
- 管理员工的招聘、培训与绩效评估。
- 监控财务表现，推行成本控制措施。
- 与市场部门合作，推广餐厅产品和活动。
任职要求
- 酒店管理、商业管理或相关领域的学士学位。
- 至少8年高級中菜餐厅管理经验。
- 具备强大的领导能力和团队管理能力。
- 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力。
- 熟悉财务管理和预算编制。
- 流利粤语、英文及普通话。
