Omnichannel Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager to design and execute integrated media strategies that blend digital advertising with offline brand experiences. The role works closely with relationship managers to turn high‑net‑worth leads into active clients while continuously optimizing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch holistic media plans across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) and offline channels such as OOH billboards, print, and industry events.
• Manage lead‑generation campaigns targeting high‑net‑worth individuals, coordinate lead handover with relationship managers, and refine targeting to lower Cost Per Acquisition.
• Lead SEO initiatives and pioneer Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to ensure our financial content is prioritized by AI search tools.
• Analyse the full customer journey using web analytics and internal data platforms, producing performance reports and actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in lead generation, media buying and both online and offline campaign execution.
• Proven experience in wealth‑management, B2B FinTech or securities environments is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
