Order Management Specialist

About the role

As an Order Management Specialist at NVIDIA, you will oversee the entire sales order lifecycle, ensuring each order is processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with sales leaders, regional operations teams, business operations, and product management to align business and financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from initial entry through completion, guaranteeing flawless execution.
• Track all received data and source documents with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate the order fulfillment process and proactively manage order delinquencies.
• Collaborate with account teams and sales administrators to resolve order‑related issues.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities and urgent deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (business‑related coursework preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant order management or sales operations experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (a plus).
• Background in a high‑tech business environment (desired).
