Performance Marketing Senior Executive

About the role

The Performance Marketing Senior Executive will lead paid media activities for the Hong Kong market, driving growth in GMV and revenue through strategic campaign planning and optimization across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and optimize paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) for the Hong Kong market.
• Plan and execute EDM and app push campaigns, handling audience segmentation, content scheduling, and performance optimization.
• Manage programmatic advertising campaigns, including media buying, targeting, and placement optimization.
• Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations to maximize quarterly GMV and revenue.
• Coordinate with business teams on media buying, campaign arrangements, and budget allocation.
• Identify and source potential channel partners to enhance revenue uplift.
• Generate regular paid trend analysis reports for business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with key marketing platforms; agency experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong online ecosystem, consumer behavior, and media trends.
• Excellent communication skills in Traditional Chinese, Cantonese, and English.
