Private Equity Analyst/Associate – Korean Speaking (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are looking for a Korean‑speaking Private Equity Analyst/Associate to join our Asia investment team in Hong Kong. The role will support the execution and management of private‑equity transactions across North Asia, working closely with senior professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of private‑equity deals, including secondary acquisitions and structured transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analysis and conduct due‑diligence on prospective investments.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal investment committees.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and contribute to value‑creation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.
• Engage with external parties such as GPs, advisors and counterparties.
• Support market research, industry analysis and the development of the investment pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in private equity, buy‑side investing or a comparable environment.
• Fluency in Korean and English; additional Asian language knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
