Product Director – Digital Asset Investment Products

About the role

HashKey Capital is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Director to lead the creation and commercial launch of systematic, leveraged and thematic secondary‑market investment products. You will translate complex financial mechanics into institutional‑grade digital‑asset vehicles and own the product from concept through market release.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product delivery pipeline, defining specifications, user flows, execution logic and operational readiness.
• Analyze proven models from traditional capital markets—synthetic replication, leveraged/inverse mechanics, benchmark‑tracking indices—and adapt them to digital‑asset management.
• Monitor market phases to identify unmet demand, adjust product parameters, launch seasonal variants and retire or upgrade existing vehicles.
• Track live product health metrics, using operational data and investor feedback to refine mechanics.
• Partner with business development and operations to produce clear documentation, methodology sheets and user‑facing explanations that drive adoption and liquidity.
• Design and refine core methodologies for portfolio allocation, rebalancing frequency, exposure multipliers and tracking efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in institutional asset management, quantitative hedge funds or related financial institutions.
• Proven track record of taking novel financial products from white‑paper to live, scalable asset management.
• Deep expertise in portfolio theory, index replication, tracking error management and secondary‑market liquidity.
• Strong understanding of crypto market dynamics, trading venues and digital‑asset ecosystem operations.
• Ability to quickly evaluate emerging trends, define MVP specifications and prioritize updates based on user feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
