Product Specialist - MedTech Sales (Orthopaedics)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Product Specialist for its MedTech sales function, working in Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The role sits under Technical Sales (MedTech) and is commission-based. The company has announced plans to separate its Orthopaedics business into a standalone company, DePuy Synthes, which will complete within 18 to 24 months; employees who accept the position will become DePuy Synthes employees after the transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets for assigned accounts and contribute to team goals.
• Assist surgeons during orthopedic procedures, ensuring proper use of products and smooth operations.
• Take part in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Conduct product demonstrations for healthcare professionals, showing features and benefits.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advances in orthopedic technology to inform sales strategy and product development.
• Collect client feedback on product performance and report it to the team.
