Project Engineer – Transversal Projects in Asia

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead transversal projects across Asia, reporting directly to the Vice President Operations Inspections & Audits. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, service quality and internal processes within our Consumer Goods Division.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support cross‑functional projects across teams and functions in Asia.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate project implementation with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and follow‑through.
• Analyze existing practices and propose practical, scalable improvement solutions.
• Contribute to lean and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Support adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working, including digital and AI‑related initiatives.
• Use data and performance indicators to monitor project impact and recommend adjustments.
• Prepare clear presentations, reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, lean engineering, process improvement or continuous improvement (or a strong fresh graduate).
• Comfortable working with technology and AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
