Project Manager – Food & Pharmaceutical (Tai Po)

About the role

Vita Green is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead manufacturing and new product development (NPD) initiatives within its food and pharmaceutical portfolio. Based in Tai Po, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans for manufacturing and NPD projects.
• Facilitate collaboration across Commercial, R&D, QA, QC, Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Oversee project phases, timelines, and risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, remove obstacles, and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimise product lifecycle and supply chain efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end projects, especially NPD cycles.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and ability to anticipate risks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
