About the role
The Boutique Architecture team is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of boutique projects across North Asia and SEAA. You will work closely with the Head of Project Development, internal business divisions and external partners to ensure projects are executed on time, on budget and to the highest design standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of Project Development and the Boutique Architecture team with design management and project execution.
- Contribute to the full lifecycle of boutique projects, balancing operational needs with architectural implementation.
- Formulate design solutions during the design development phase and address construction‑phase constraints.
- Ensure concept design requirements are met and oversee timely project delivery.
- Apply best‑practice project management from inception to completion, delivering the final boutique to market.
- Stay updated on design trends, construction standards, sustainability practices and retail innovation.
- Explore new project opportunities, working with landlords and local professionals to develop project models.
- Assess project risks and prepare risk‑management proposals.
- Collaborate with business divisions and internal stakeholders to produce project briefs, feasibility studies and due‑diligence documentation.
- Support budgeting, programme planning, contract administration and tender documentation with internal and external partners.
- Work with procurement and QS teams on material sourcing, purchase orders and logistics.
- Manage local contractors, vendors and consultants to achieve overall design excellence.
Required profile
- Strong interest in the built environment and curiosity about fashion, watches & fine jewellery.
- Ability to work across a broad range of projects, business models and key stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude to explore opportunities and manage project development models.
- Capability to assess risks and prepare mitigation proposals.
- Collaborative mindset for working with internal divisions, external consultants and local contractors.
- Commitment to staying abreast of design trends, sustainability practices and retail innovation.
