Project Manager – Retail Fixture Projects (APAC)

About the role

As a Project Manager you will lead the delivery of retail‑fixture projects across APAC, from the initial client brief through production, shipping, installation and final invoicing. You will act as the primary client liaison and coordinate internal and external teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality, on‑budget outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Take detailed client briefs and manage projects end‑to‑end, including kick‑off, design, prototype, supplier selection, production tracking, quality control, freight, customs clearance, installation and hand‑over.
• Prepare precise specifications for suppliers, negotiate costs and lead times, and select the most suitable partners.
• Conduct site surveys, verify fixture fit, and communicate adjustments to production.
• Manage sea and air freight from China to APAC markets, handling shipping documentation and customs requirements.
• Collect required certifications (e.g., FSC, fire ratings) and oversee factory inspections and pre‑shipment QC.
• Maintain accurate records in company tools and ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, provide technical advice on materials and finishes, and deliver quotations, timelines and project updates.
• Monitor project budgets, P&L and profitability, and support new business opportunities within the account.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail‑fixture or store fit‑out projects across multiple APAC locations.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Excellent coordination of cross‑functional teams including production, engineering, logistics and finance.
• Solid understanding of logistics, customs clearance and certification requirements for retail fixtures.
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage project budgets effectively.
