Purchasing Manager

About the role

The Purchasing Manager will lead the execution of LVMH's purchasing strategy across multiple business units. Working closely with internal stakeholders and global sourcing teams, the role ensures that supplier selection, contract management, and ESG compliance align with corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with buyers and delegated buyers to define requirements, conduct market analyses, and design competitive tender processes (RFx).
• Manage global and local supplier contracts, conduct business reviews, and monitor performance KPIs.
• Organize cross‑functional procurement coordination meetings and maintain internal knowledge platforms such as the Regional Purchasing Newsletter and Microsoft Teams channels.
• Support ad‑hoc projects including procurement tool development, policy refinement, and sustainability initiatives.
• Integrate ESG risk criteria into supplier qualification, conduct due‑diligence assessments, and work with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Control teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management and contract governance.
• Familiarity with ESG standards and sustainability frameworks.
