Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client companies.
• Source, interview, assess and present candidates for a variety of roles.
• Provide career advice and market insights to candidates.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client partnerships.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets in a dynamic environment.
• Become a market specialist within an assigned industry.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about people, relationship‑building and sales.
• Positive, resilient and able to perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
