Recruitment Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

We are expanding our Banking, Technology and Insurance teams in Hong Kong and are looking for a goal‑driven Recruitment Consultant. You will partner with multinational clients across APAC, build world‑class teams and be financially rewarded through an uncapped commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Source mid‑senior candidates within your specialisation using cold‑calling, LinkedIn messaging and networking.
• Manage end‑to‑end interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, salary negotiation and offer closure.
• Develop new business by meeting prospective clients, delivering market insights and cultivating long‑term relationships.
• Build strong networks with senior managers, directors and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 companies, turning connections into commercial opportunities.
• Leverage Gravitas mentorship, support and training to grow and potentially own your recruitment business.

Required profile

• Native Cantonese speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Prior sales experience (part‑time or full‑time); recruitment experience is ideal but not mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, competitive and able to thrive under pressure with a sales‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, proactive, resilient and hardworking.
