About the role

Join the Permanent Placement team of a global HR leader in Hong Kong as a Recruitment Consultant focused on the technology sector. You will work closely with leading IT organisations to understand their hiring needs and help match them with top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as their trusted hiring partner.
• Source, engage and recruit qualified candidates for IT roles using multiple channels.
• Provide strategic recruitment advice and solutions to clients throughout the hiring process.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with the internal team to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence to add value for clients and candidates.
