Recruitment Manager

About the role

EcoCeres is seeking a seasoned Recruitment Manager to partner with business leaders, shape talent acquisition strategies, and build diverse pipelines that support the company’s growth across technology, chemical, and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and act as a talent advisor using data‑driven insights.
• Design and implement robust recruitment strategies, track talent, and leverage appropriate tools to ensure consistent processes.
• Establish strong communication channels with internal stakeholders and guide hiring managers on best interview practices.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for critical and senior‑level positions, including executive searches and passive candidate engagement.
• Identify operational efficiencies within the recruitment team, lead project implementation, and manage change communication plans.
• Leverage analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and continuously refine strategies.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external agencies, universities, and industry groups to expand talent networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of talent sourcing and acquisition experience, preferably in technology, chemical, or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new markets and conduct high‑quality search processes for leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success influencing internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
