Regional Marketing Specialist (South East Asia)

About the role

Binance is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to lead community‑focused marketing initiatives across South East Asia. You will work hands‑on to design, execute, and optimise integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth for Binance’s suite of digital‑asset products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from strategy and brief to performance measurement.
• Create and test new content, creative assets and acquisition channels.
• Build, manage and grow community presence on local social platforms (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Moderate forums, chat groups and social channels to foster positive interaction.
• Identify and manage KOLs, affiliates and other partnership opportunities.
• Design incentive programmes to boost community engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts with Business Development, Marketing, data and research teams.
• Plan and execute online and offline events, handling budgeting, vendor negotiations and finance management.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven community‑management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
• 1+ year of experience organising online/offline events.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage communities via Telegram or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and market trends.
• Flexibility to work extended hours to interact with the crypto community.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time‑management skills.
