About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Captain to lead the Parade dining room at the Happy Valley Clubhouse. The Captain will ensure premium food‑and‑beverage service for members and their guests in a high‑end Chinese restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver excellent food and beverage service, maintaining top‑quality standards and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee smooth and efficient service flow in the assigned restaurant section.
- Lead set‑up, table arrangement and decorative work for the dining area.
- Train new staff members according to established service guidelines.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and quality standards throughout the restaurant.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of relevant restaurant experience, preferably in hotels or clubs.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
