Restaurant Captain – Premium Chinese Restaurant (Happy Valley)

About the role

We are looking for a Restaurant Captain to lead the service team at Trio, our premium Chinese restaurant located in the Happy Valley Clubhouse. The Captain ensures excellent food and beverage service for members and their guests, oversees smooth service flow, and upholds the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests in a premium Chinese dining setting.
• Manage the service flow of the assigned restaurant section, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations.
• Lead set‑up and decoration of the restaurant for daily service and special events.
• Train new staff members according to established service guidelines.
• Maintain high service standards to achieve strong customer satisfaction.
• Ensure rigorous hygiene and quality standards throughout the restaurant.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant experience.
• Background in hotels, clubs or similar hospitality environments.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
