Restaurant Manager – Western Cuisine

About the role

LUBUDS is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead one of its Western cuisine outlets in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring high service standards and maintaining product quality while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, monitor performance and optimise manpower efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for product quality, hygiene, safety and customer service.
• Organise and deliver staff training programmes to improve service and sales.
• Maintain and grow beverage and food sales through effective menu and promotion management.
• Provide excellent floor service, interact warmly with guests and address any issues promptly.
• Lead the team to meet performance targets and uphold consistent restaurant standards.

Required profile

• Form 5 education minimum, preferably a Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Western restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proven problem‑solving, motivational and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Wine knowledge (advantageous).
