Restaurant Server – Nina Hotel Kowloon East

About the role

The Server will deliver food and beverage service to guests at Nina Hotel Kowloon East, ensuring a friendly and professional experience in line with the hotel’s performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Captain by collecting dishes from the kitchen and serving them promptly to guests.
• Maintain punctuality, efficiency, and courteous interaction with guests and colleagues.
• Report any guest complaints, however minor, to the restaurant‑in‑charge or Captain.
• Ensure tables are correctly set, mis‑en‑place is ready, and food is served hot.
• Clean and reset tables immediately after service and keep the work station tidy.
• Report breakage and complete side‑work before opening or after closing as directed by the Captain.
• Familiarise with the hotel manual, menu preparation methods, and house rules, and help enforce them.
• Provide coverage for other stations when required and take orders in the Captain’s absence.

Required profile

• Minimum F.5 education or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in hotel restaurant operations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
