Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the restaurant at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West, ensuring smooth service delivery and a high-quality guest experience. Reporting to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, the role combines front-of-house leadership with operational control.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure guests are served within the designated time frames.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, buffet pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction regarding food quality and service.
• Control stock expenses and process all stock requisition forms.
• Brief and assign tasks to casual labour, especially in the Assistant Manager’s absence.
• Prepare and submit daily revenue reports.
• Check personal grooming standards of staff, including casual workers.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
• Service-oriented, energetic, and presentable with strong communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.
