Sales Assistant

About the role

The Assistant, Sales supports the daily operation of the sales office and provides customer service throughout the sales journey. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, the role also involves liaising with real‑estate agencies as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Present and introduce project developments to visitors using models, show flats, AV presentations and sales collaterals.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide support during sales activities.
• Maintain smooth visitor flow and ensure tidiness of the sales office and show flats.
• Prepare reports, consolidate visitor data and conduct market research for upcoming projects.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.
• 1 year relevant experience in property development or a sizeable organisation (fresh graduates considered).
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Service‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Responsible, organized and attentive to detail; shift duty required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Chinese word processing.
