About the role
Jebsen Consumer is looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to promote and sell products across its Consumer Electronics, Health & Beauty, Home Enrichment and Watch ranges. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality customer service in a retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet company sales indicators.
- Assist the store manager or area supervisor in completing assigned tasks.
- Provide customers with an excellent shopping experience and service.
- Introduce product features, build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
- Support daily store operations such as stock handling, inventory control and visual merchandising.
Required profile
- Secondary education level (Form 3 or equivalent).
- Good Cantonese, basic Mandarin and basic English communication skills.
- Punctual, proactive, responsible attitude; pet owners are given preference.
