Sales Associate – Luxury Retail (Hong Kong)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate or Senior Sales Associate to join Marni’s boutique in Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding service aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Create personalized client experiences, including private appointments.
• Manage post‑sale follow‑up, gathering client feedback and nurturing relationships.
• Maximize cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product lines, brand history, and current campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in a luxury fashion retail brand.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and team‑oriented attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent product knowledge and passion for the Marni brand.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to uphold high store presentation standards.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
