Sales Executive - Corporate

About the role

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, an iconic waterfront hotel, is seeking a Sales Executive to drive corporate sales, build client relationships and contribute to the hotel's revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and volume targets set in the Personal Business Plan and review progress monthly with the Director of Sales.
• Systematically call on accounts within the location, report findings and opportunities, and maintain high exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation, telephone contact and written communications.
• Conduct sales calls to nurture client relationships, acquire new accounts and increase business.
• Perform regular market surveys and competitor research to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a large‑scale hotel operation.
• Strong presentation, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
