Sales Representative – Medical Devices

About the role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving consistent sales results within an assigned territory by delivering quality products and services. The role focuses on developing technical and selling skills to meet customer needs and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide monthly sales information to the Sales Manager to support forecasting.
• Develop and execute a sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Implement product sales strategies to meet targets and ensure customer needs are satisfied through regular contact.
• Identify and secure new or expanded business opportunities within the territory.
• Communicate market intelligence and sales results to Sales and Marketing Management.
• Participate in marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, and trade displays as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in multinational medical device companies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to implement company policies and compliance standards.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent computer and system skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English and the local language.
