About the role

Senior Account Manager – Health Solutions at Aon will manage and provide high‑quality broking services to existing clients while driving business growth in the health solutions sector.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and providing high quality broking services to existing clients.
• Achieving business growth by penetration from current portfolio and prospects.
• Liaising with insurers and service providers to ensure smooth renewal and tackle related issues.
• Performing claims data analytics and result interpretation for renewal preparation.
• Maintaining quality and timeliness of client deliverables, responsible for report development in a clear and concise manner.
• Supporting various projects as assigned by supervisor.

Required profile

• University graduate with 5‑7 years of experience in Employee Benefits (preferred).
• Holder of FLMI or passed IIQE Paper I‑IV (preferred).
• Mature self‑starter with good organization and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Good analytics and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
