Senior Account Manager – Healthcare Solutions (HK)

About the role

Solventum is seeking an Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager) to drive sales of its medical solutions across Hong Kong. You will work closely with hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers to deliver innovative products and support their procurement needs.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and execute sales strategies for assigned territories, hospitals and clinics, meeting defined sales targets.
• Support sales and marketing events such as product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and customer training sessions.
• Identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence and provide updated insights to the team.
• Deliver professional service and ongoing support to assigned customers and healthcare institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a recognized professional qualification in healthcare or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience within the Hong Kong healthcare market.
• Familiarity with hospital procurement processes is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
