Senior Associate – Front Office Operations (Active Investing Equity)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Front Office Operations (FOO) team in Hong Kong. The role supports Global Fund Managers by building efficient front‑office processes and ensuring smooth execution of active equity investing strategies across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Support trade implementation, portfolio rebalancing, and cash/liquidity monitoring for active equity portfolios.
• Perform daily position, exposure, and restriction monitoring, escalating any identified risks.
• Partner with Trading to facilitate execution workflows and address liquidity considerations.
• Manage exception handling, create process documentation, and coordinate escalations with Compliance and Risk teams.
• Assist with new strategy launches and mandate changes to ensure implementation readiness.

Required profile

• Experience working in front‑office operations or a similar investment support function.
• Ability to work closely with fund managers, traders, compliance, and risk stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
