Senior Associate – Hong Kong Tax

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate or Associate to join our Hong Kong Tax team. The role involves delivering tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax computations and returns for corporate and individual clients.
• Handle Inland Revenue Department (IRD) enquiry letters and liaise with the IRD on tax matters.
• Assist the tax team on various tax advisory projects.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by senior team members.

Required profile

• Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in Hong Kong tax, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Qualified member or student member of HKICPA or other relevant qualification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Hong Kong tax laws and compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with Hong Kong tax e‑filing platforms.
