Senior Associate – Ocular Health Pharma Sales & Account Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to lead key account management for its Ocular Health pharmaceutical portfolio in Hong Kong. The role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans for assigned accounts, including trade terms, promotion planning, and activation support.
• Manage supply‑chain forecasting, service levels, and account receivables.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with marketing to create channel and category strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Track trade budget, monitor spend, and ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations.
• Analyze account performance to identify gaps, opportunities, and growth initiatives.
• Report any complaints or adverse events within 24 hours of awareness.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of key‑account experience in FMCG, healthcare, or optical sectors.
• Results‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage complex business situations.
