Senior Business Analyst, Investment Technology

About the role

Invesco’s APAC Investment Technology team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver and support investment technology solutions across applications, system integrations, data platforms, and architecture enhancements. The role acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions while supporting the full solution lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and support investment technology solutions across applications, system integrations, data platforms, and architecture enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technology teams.
• Support the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and ongoing application support.
• Identify process gaps and drive system, workflow, and operational improvements in a scalable, cost‑effective manner.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Leverage automation and AI‑driven tools to optimise processes, reduce manual effort, and improve efficiency.
• Provide production support to critical investment applications and interfaces, including root‑cause analysis.
• Report progress and escalate issues to project management to ensure timely completion of projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Business Analyst in investment or technology environments.
