Senior Communications Officer

About the role

The Senior Communications Officer will lead the development and execution of corporate communication strategies that enhance the KPL Group’s brand image and support business objectives. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement corporate communication plans, including editorials, press releases, speeches, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on CSR programmes, editorial projects, event management, and brand initiatives.
• Plan and execute high‑profile corporate events such as press conferences, shareholder meetings, and other engagements.
• Maintain and update communication channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Conduct research to support communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor service provider performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for documentation and record‑keeping within the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Translation or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in a listed company.
• Strong bilingual writing ability with a proven track record of producing clear, engaging content.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools.
• Digital marketing expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
