Senior Consultant – Organization Transformation (Human Capital)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Human Capital practice in Hong Kong. You will help organisations redesign their structures, processes and workforce strategies to thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve client problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment.
• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients.
• Plan and execute projects that deliver an excellent client experience.
• Develop relationships, establish credibility and instill confidence with clients.
• Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations.
• Leverage cross‑geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery.
• Transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for clients.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, leading practices and sector developments.
• Support the development and sale of Deloitte’s services to current and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Ability to leverage specialized organization transformation expertise to address complex client issues.
• Experience optimizing business cases for redesign and change management, communicating agenda, approach and expectations.
• Business, technology and/or industry‑oriented mindset with data‑driven solution capability.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Statistics or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum six years of relevant consulting experience.
