Senior Engineer – Service Field (Hong Kong)

About the role

WeMaintain is looking for a Senior Engineer / Engineer, Service Field to deliver first‑class lift and escalator service in Hong Kong. You will support branch operations, ensure high‑quality maintenance, and manage spare‑parts consumption.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in providing support for the Branch Operation and handle customer enquiries, visits and client meetings.
• Ensure performance on lift and escalator maintenance & major repairs within the assigned portfolio.
• Prepare general and ad‑hoc reports and analysis for customers and internal review, and follow up site performance.
• Monitor technical and legal compliance of inspections, repairs and special maintenance, and track quality performance through the Quality Feedback system.
• Assist in monitoring spare parts consumption and support field operation team in repair execution.
• Handle MTRC contract lifts and escalators daily operation, ad‑hoc tasks, reporting and meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in maintenance and field support (candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Engineer position).
• Detail‑minded, organized, strong execution orientation and ability to work independently under pressure.
• Good customer orientation with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
