Senior Finance Manager - Group Consolidation

About the role

OKX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead statutory financial accounting and group consolidation reporting under IFRS and US GAAP. You will act as a key internal consultant, ensuring accurate financial statements and supporting the company’s rapid growth in the crypto sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver statutory financial accounting and consolidated financial statements for the Group.
• Collaborate with auditors, legal counsel, tax, business, and regional finance teams.
• Develop and update group accounting policies, implement new processes and system changes.
• Provide technical accounting guidance, write technical papers, and assess impacts of new accounting standards.
• Drive internal control improvements and identify gaps in business processes.
• Ensure tax accounting aligns with statutory tax computation and submissions.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects such as valuations, M&A, system implementations, and adoption of new accounting standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in complex group consolidation, preferably from a Big 4 audit or financial institution.
• Experience managing US IPO projects or listings on US stock exchanges.
• Degree in Accountancy or recognized qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
• Strong business acumen, high attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in IFRS and US GAAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics tools.
