Senior Finance Manager – Securities Brokerage

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will lead finance, regulatory reporting, compliance coordination and corporate governance across a group of SFC‑licensed entities. This hands‑on position offers exposure to senior stakeholders, regulators and business leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group financial planning, budgeting, cash‑flow management and forecasting.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including preparation of FRR returns and guidance to the finance team.
• Manage fee collection, payments and treasury‑related activities.
• Coordinate annual audits and regulatory filings for SFC‑licensed entities.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, bankers, regulators and professional advisors.
• Support corporate secretarial matters such as board minutes, annual returns and statutory filings.
• Work with external compliance providers to ensure adherence to SFC requirements.
• Review client onboarding documentation, account opening procedures and KYC processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for business decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with CPA qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in financial services, preferably with an audit background.
• Familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements and licensed corporation environments.
• Proven experience supporting audits, regulatory filings and compliance functions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
